Hi I’m Kathleen! I’m a Licensed Realtor in both Kansas and Missouri with the #1 Rob Ellerman Team at ReeceNichols. I am passionate about Kansas City’s neighborhoods, their local business districts, architecture and Kansas City history. After a successful 10+ year career in marketing and events in the commercial construction industry, I transitioned into entrepreneurship which led to real estate, allowing me to focus on helping people through the joys and challenges of buying and selling a home.
Known for being friendly, positive, outgoing, organized and service oriented, I’m exceptionally hard working, a quick learner and creative problem solver - all important characteristics in an ever changing, dynamic real estate market. As an early transplant from Omaha, I’m proud to call Kansas City my hometown - going so far as to be an official Kansas City Ambassador for VisitKC.
